Should you ever receive a PrintRepublic delivery which isn’t up to standard, please get in touch as quickly as possible. Don’t forget you are protected by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee so we want to make sure you are totally happy with what we do and how we do it!

We’ll send you a quick email, just to let you know we’ve received your message and that we are looking into it.
2. Our Response
One of the Customer Service Team will respond personally by the end of the next working day though it is usually much quicker
We often manage to rectify and issues immediately. Sometimes a member of our Customer Service team will ask you a few more questions, just to make sure we’re solving the problem toy our satisfaction.
Sometimes we’ll reprint your order, other times we’ll give you a coupon to place a new order yourself, for free. Ultimately, you’ll take delivery of a brand new, correct order.
If the problem can’t be fixed:
We’ll be very surprised if we can’t fix the problem – it doesn’t happen often. Like you, we’d much rather you received, and were happy with, the things you ordered.
If we really can’t fix the problem, we’ll give you your money back.
Certain matters are beyond our control – we cannot be responsible for:
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process.
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Poor quality or low-resolution of uploaded images, logotypes etc.
- Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
- Delivery delays once your product has been despatched via our third party couriers
If you request a proof, please read it carefully and go through the points highlighted in the proof approval form. Once you are happy with it, please email the form back to us. We are unable to accept any responsibility once you have done this so please take care to go through it carefully!
